Dear Friend,

  I hope this message finds you well and enjoying  the new Giants season. After careful consideration and feedback from friends and family, I have decided to seek the office of Democratic County Central Committee (DCCC) for Assembly District 19!

  I am fortunate to be from a working class union family, born and raised in San Francisco & Daly City,  and a graduate of San Francisco schools.  I feel that the time has come for me to give back by serving in the public arena and help rebuild the  Democratic Party with a focus towards our future.  I join a group of local and like minded candidates as part of the "Community First"  Slate with the hope of giving San Francisco Democrats a DCCC focused on the needs of the working class and families of SF.

 I believe there are common sense solutions available that will keep working class families in San Francisco.    We must revitalize our local economy to boost long term job creation, not focus on short term “band-aid” ideas.  We must create a comprehensive plan to secure affordable housing for working families who build this city and keep it running.  The working class has always been the backbone of the Democratic Party; it would be spineless without us.  I am hopeful that I can help bring these ideas and values to the Democratic County Central Committee.

 Success will take a very strong and dedicated grassroots operation.   At this time my family and I are already hard at work designing flyers, getting endorsements (please go to the "Endorsements" above to see my list), building alliances, and decorating our apartment (or “campaign headquarters” as I like to call it).  To win this campaign, the "Community First" Slate and I will need your support to print thousands of fliers and hundreds of house signs  in order to cover dozens of neighborhoods in the Westside of San Francisco.  Your contribution will give our race a tremendous boost in a very tight but important race.
